(The NYT and other outlets breathlessly reported the sixth-grader’s accusation in a phone interview. “They put me on the ground,” she claimed. “One of them put my hands behind my back. One put his hands over my mouth. One cut my hair. They were saying that my hair was ugly, that it was nappy.” And Twitter was all lit up because of the supposed Mike Pence connection — his wife Karen teaches at the Immanuel Christian School where the assault never happened.

Amari said the traumatizing incident happened during recess on Monday at a time when teachers and administrators weren’t around. That’s when three male classmates pinned her down to a slide on the playground, held her hands behind her back and clipped her dreadlocks with scissors, she said.
They also covered her mouth so she couldn’t yell for help, she said.
“I felt hurt but also angry,” Amari told ABC Washington, D.C., station WJLA on Thursday. “Why would they do this. … Is it only me that’s being affected?”
She said she tried to avoid telling her family because she feared retaliation, but she finally opened up about the experience on Wednesday.

Her story made national news at a time when racial tensions are high around the country. She and her family even went on network news shows condemning the boys and describing their pain.
Monday Amari Allen’s family issued a statement apologizing to the boys and the school community.
“To those young boys and their parents, we sincerely apologize for the pain and anxiety these allegations have caused,” the Allen family wrote.
It’s encouraging to see that Allen has confessed and seems remorseful. But of course the truth doesn’t especially matter to the Left anymore. The original fiction has already been established as “fact” in the minds of millions of sheeple, so the America-is-horribly-racist myth will continue to be perpetuated.

(B)eyond the outrage, there has also been an outpouring of support for Amari from all across the country. Four women in particular — Tish Perkins, Amanda Alexander, Jessica Harris, and Natasha Banks — drove from Richmond, Virginia Sunday morning to surprise Amari with gifts and words of encouragement in person.
“We wanted to come here today to let you know we love you, we see you, we stand with you and we are here to protect and preserve your black girl magic,” Perkins said.
Wonder how these well-intentioned women feel today about being duped?

After years of dogged effort, the “Russian collusion” scam just didn’t pan out, so now they’ve moved to Ukraine. Same neighborhood. Earlier this month, during a bipartisan meeting in Kiev, Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) delivered a pointed message to Ukraine’s new president, Volodymyr Zelensky.
While choosing his words carefully, Murphy made clear — by his own account — that Ukraine currently enjoyed bipartisan support for its U.S. aid but that could be jeopardized if the new president acquiesced to requests by President Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani to investigate past corruption allegations involving Americans, including former Vice President Joe Biden’s family.
Murphy boasted after the meeting that he told the new Ukrainian leader that U.S. aid was his country’s “most important asset” and it would be viewed as election meddling and “disastrous for long-term U.S.-Ukraine relations” to bend to the wishes of Trump and Giuliani.
So the Democrats get to issue veiled threats to foreign leaders, but Trump’s request for cooperation from the same people is an impeachable offense?

The Murphy anecdote is a powerful reminder that, since at least 2016, Democrats repeatedly have exerted pressure on Ukraine, a key U.S. ally for buffering Russia, to meddle in U.S. politics and elections.
As I have reported, the pressure began at least as early as January 2016, when the Obama White House unexpectedly invited Ukraine’s top prosecutors to Washington to discuss fighting corruption in the country.
The meeting, promised as training, turned out to be more of a pretext for the Obama administration to pressure Ukraine’s prosecutors to drop an investigation into the Burisma Holdings gas company that employed Hunter Biden and to look for new evidence in a then-dormant criminal case against eventual Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, a GOP lobbyist.
U.S. officials “kept talking about how important it was that all of our anti-corruption efforts be united,” said Andrii Telizhenko, the former political officer in the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington who organized and attended the meetings.
Nazar Kholodnytsky, Ukraine’s chief anti-corruption prosecutor, told me that, soon after he returned from the Washington meeting, he saw evidence in Ukraine of political meddling in the U.S. election. That’s when two top Ukrainian officials released secret evidence to the American media, smearing Manafort.
The release of the evidence forced Manafort to step down as Trump’s top campaign adviser. A Ukrainian court concluded last December that the release of the evidence amounted to an unlawful intervention in the U.S. election by Kiev’s government, although that ruling has since been overturned on a technicality.
Shortly after the Ukrainian prosecutors returned from their Washington meeting, a new round of Democratic pressure was exerted on Ukraine — this time via its embassy in Washington.
Valeriy Chaly, the Ukrainian ambassador to the United States at the time, confirmed to me in a statement issued by his office that, in March 2016, a contractor for the Democratic National Committee (DNC) pressed his embassy to try to find any Russian dirt on Trump and Manafort that might reside in Ukraine’s intelligence files.
The DNC contractor also asked Chaly’s team to try to persuade Ukraine’s president at the time, Petro Poroshenko, to make a statement disparaging Manafort when the Ukrainian leader visited the United States during the 2016 election.
Chaly said his embassy rebuffed both requests because it recognized they were improper efforts to get a foreign government to try to influence the election against Trump and for Hillary Clinton.

Nellie Ohr, the wife of senior U.S. Justice Department official Bruce Ohr, worked in 2016 as a contractor for Fusion GPS, the same Hillary Clinton–funded opposition research firm that hired Christopher Steele, the British spy who wrote the now-debunked dossier linking Trump to Russia collusion.
Nellie Ohr testified to Congress that some of the dirt she found on Trump during her 2016 election opposition research came from a Ukrainian parliament member. She also said that she eventually took the information to the FBI through her husband — another way Ukraine got inserted into the 2016 election.
Politics. Pressure. Opposition research. All were part of the Democrats’ playbook on Ukraine long before Trump ever called Zelensky this summer. And as Sen. Murphy’s foray earlier this month shows, it hasn’t stopped.
Yes, this is how things work in Leftist land. If you want America to turn into a Banana Republic, keep voting for the party of corrupt-o-crats. If not, stick with the guy who’s trying to drain the swamp.

With young Greta Thunberg in town to speak at the U.N., the extreme greens were all set for a big climate change showdown. On Monday, Thunberg spoke at the United Nations Climate Action Summit (during which the teenaged climate activist’s indoctrination was sadly evident), scolding the delegates for destroying the planet and ruining her life.
President Trump skipped Greta’s emotional remarks, and only spent about 15 minutes at the climate summit, listening to India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi address the group. UNITED NATIONS — President Donald Trump was addressing a conference for world leaders at the United Nations, but he was talking to his political base Monday as he breezed by a major climate change summit and focused instead on religious persecution, an issue that resonates with evangelical supporters who want to see him reelected next year.
The climate summit was a centerpiece of this year’s U.N. schedule. It was not on Trump’s schedule but he stopped by for about 15 minutes to observe. As he left, he said: “I’m a big believer in clean air and clean water and all countries should get together and do that, and they should do it for themselves. Very, very important.”
His main event, though, was a U.N. meeting on religious persecution. Trump said it was an “urgent moral duty” for world leaders to stop crimes against faith, release prisoners of conscience and repeal laws restricting religious liberty.
“Approximately 80 percent of the world’s population live in countries where religious liberty is threatened, restricted or even banned,” Trump said, adding that when he first heard the statistic, he didn’t believe it and asked for it to be double-checked.
Considering the worldwide Christian genocide that’s been occurring over the last decade or so, it’s just shameful that this was the first time that the U.N. actually got around to holding a summit on international religious liberty.
In a “Global Call to Protect Religious Freedom” the president affirmed America’s commitment to this important cause ~
(He) announced that the United States would dedicate “$25 million to protect religious freedom, religious sites, and relics,” and would be forming “a coalition of U.S. businesses for the protection of religious freedom” in the workplace […]
“Today, with one clear voice, the United States of America calls upon the nations of the world to end religious persecution. Stop the crimes against people of faith,” Trump said, before calling on “the governments of the world to honor the eternal right of every person to follow their conscience, live by their faith, and give glory to God.”
Amen.

Last week South Bend, Indiana discovered that they’d had their own version of Dr. Kermit Gosnell living among them for years when thousands of abandoned medical records were found in deceased doctor’s abortion clinics ~
SOUTH BEND, Ind. — First, authorities discovered a spine-chilling 2,246 fetal remains in the Illinois garage of an abortion doctor after his death. Then, investigators found “thousands” of abandoned medical records across his abortion clinics in Indiana, the Indiana attorney general announced on Friday, Sept. 20.
Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill called Dr. Ulrich Klopfer one “of the more notorious abortionists in the history of Indiana.”
The doctor had “a record of deplorable conditions and violations of regulatory controls that are placed on these clinics,” Hill said. “He certainly was problematic in life, and as it turns out, continues to present problems in his death.”
The remains found in his home date back to abortions he performed between 2000 and 2002, when he operated clinics in Indiana, authorities said. They were inside small, sealed plastic bags that contained a chemical used to preserve biological material, Will County Sheriff Mike Kelley had said.
Klopfer operated three abortion clinics in South Bend, Indiana, before his license was suspended in 2015.
What is it with ghouls like Klopfer and Gosnell that compels them to not only specialize in ending life – but then to save the fetal remains as some sort of grisly trophies? There’s something malevolent in the very nature of their chosen field. These “doctors” aren’t outliers – aberrations in an otherwise life-affirming branch of medicine – they’re emblematic of the abortion industry’s culture of death.

From a functional perspective of embryonic development, it makes sense that the heart would form first. The growing number of cells must be kept alive, including those that give rise to future neurons, osteocytes, and cells of the epidermis. The heart is needed to pump life-giving blood that delivers oxygen and nutrients and removes waste products from the embryonic cells. Thus, the circulatory system—heart, blood, and blood vessels—is the first organ system.
Not only the first organ to develop, the heart also shows a unique developmental process not seen with the other major organs. In the early embryo (in humans, less than three weeks old), the heart begins to develop bilaterally, from two separate regions (called a heart field) located on either side of the embryonic midline. Simultaneously and independently, the heart field cells self-assemble into two separate tubes. These bilateral tubes must move in the correct three-dimensional direction and find the embryonic midline. The tubes have the ability to detect local migratory cues, pointing the way to the midline where they then fuse with the corresponding tube from the other side. It is now a common heart tube and eventually will become the left ventricle, the largest and “power” chamber of the heart. Uniting two tubes from separate regions of the embryo is an astounding feat of genetically regulated cell communication and migration—all to form just one of the four chambers of the heart!

I’d gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against a state prosecutor, and they didn’t. So they were walking out to the press conference and I said “Nah, I’m not gonna give… we’re not gonna give you the billion dollars.”
They said, “You have no authority! You’re not the president. The president said –” And I said “Call him!” I said “I’m telling you, you’re not getting a billion dollars.”

The prosecutor Biden was referring to was Viktor Shokin, former Prosecutor General of Ukraine, who just happened to be investigating Biden’s son Hunter and his relationship with Burisma Holdings, the largest private gas producer in Ukraine. (This latest effort by the Left to smear Trump is) just another manufactured narrative peddled by partisans desperate to prevent anyone from shining a spotlight on their own shenanigans. And just as they did with the investigation of the Russia hoax, their media allies will do everything in their power to make sure that evidence never sees the light of day.

The 31-year-old former tackle for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Edawn Louis Coughman) is accused of using a crowbar to stage the break-in at his Atlanta-area eatery. He also wrote “racially motivated words,” swastikas and “MAGA” in the building, according to the Gwinnett County Police Department.
Police went to Create & Bake Pizza and Coughman’s Creamery in response to a complaint that someone was damaging it. The caller said the suspect was driving a black vehicle without a license plate.
Officers stopped the driver of a vehicle matching that description, and that person was Coughman. Officers saw “several televisions in the bed of the truck and inside the cab,” some of which were “still attached to the brackets with damaged drywall,” the police department said in a news release.
Authorities also found a crowbar, spray paint and missing appliances in the truck.
Meanwhile, there seems to be a growing number of attacks on random strangers by angry black mobs (inspired by phony “racist” crimes?). Oddly enough, those aren’t getting much mainstream attention at all ~
If criminologists have the guts to even talk about a race-crime connection, it’s behind closed doors and in guarded language. Any discussion about race and crime sets one up for accusations of racism, and that can mean the destruction of one’s professional career. Wright and DeLisi say that liberal criminologists avoid discussing even explicit racist examples of black-on-white crime such as flash-mob assaults, “polar bear hunting” and the “knockout game.” These are cases where black youth seek out white people to physically attack.

This little qualifier is necessary of course because this interview with Gregory Wrightstone (geologist, self-described climate contrarian, and author of “Inconvenient Facts: The Science That Al Gore Doesn’t Want You to Know”) is not the sort of common sense discussion that the climate changers which to engage with. They aren’t concerned with actual science. They want everyone to be panicked and hysterical.
Why? “Governments and institutions need to create imaginary hobgoblins of alarm which are used to scare the population. And they need a frightened population to accept otherwise onerous and painful things like the Green New Deal and the Paris Climate Accord.” Which will facilitate redistribution of wealth on a global basis.
Those of us who are proponents of responsible, practical stewardship of our planet and its resources, also want to improve living conditions for everyone. Not drag western nations back to the horse and buggy days, and leave developing nations impoverished.

Did Warren’s NYC Rally Really Rival Trump’s in New Mexico? Um, no. Granted, the numbers themselves are pretty comparable, but factoring in the population statistics – 8.4 million in NYC vs. 2.01 million in entire state of New Mexico – no contest ~
If we assume Warren’s crowd estimate of 20,000 is correct, her rally size was 0.23 percent of the local population. Trump’s rally, however, if we take the low estimate of 12,000, was 0.59 percent of the entire state. But, that method of calculation is actually really unfair to Trump. New Mexico has a land area of 121,357 square miles, while New York City has a land area of 303 square miles. Even if we took the five largest cities by population, and assumed they were all within a two-hour drive of the rally, the population density would be significantly less than New York City, which makes Trump’s rally numbers far more significant than Elizabeth Warren’s.

As Lloyd Billingsley so aptly pointed out last week, judges in the Golden State have gone literally gone wild. He offers several recent examples to support that observation. In all of these cases, the judiciary seems to be deliberately ruling against the citizens of California and their safety ~
1.) On the day after Christmas last year, Newman, CA police officer Ronil “Ron” Singh, a legal immigrant, was shot and killed by an illegal immigrant he had pulled over for suspected drunk driving ~
On January 2, (Stanislaus County Superior Court Judge Ricardo Cordova) suspended the proceedings against the accused cop killer on the grounds that his mental competency had come into question, a dubious claim but predictable tactic by the defense.
To the surprise of no one, he was indeed competent, and in May Cordova set the preliminary hearing for December 10.
A nearly 12 month delay of justice – for nothing.
2.) Kate Stinele’s murderer not only got away with killing her in cold blood, now an appellate court has overturned his gun conviction ~
Last month, California’s First District Court of Appeals, packed with Jerry Brown appointees, reversed the gun conviction of Jose Inez Garcia-Zarate, a previously deported criminal illegally present in the United States.
In what amounted to a show trial, Garcia-Zarate was acquitted of murder in the July 1, 2015 shooting of Kate Steinle, 32, on a San Francisco pier. Despite the reversal of the gun charge, the illegal did in fact discharge the weapon that killed Steinle.
3.) Fleeing the scene of a vehicular homicide (3 dead) doesn’t prevent an illegal from bailing out ~
In May, Ismael Huazo-Jardinez crashed into a Sutter County residence claiming the lives of three people, including a ten-year-old child. The drunken illegal attempted to flee the scene, but Judge David Ashby, a 2016 appointee of Gov. Jerry Brown, allowed Huazo-Jardinez to post bail.
(Luckily he was apprehended by ICE while attempting to flee the country) and found to possess two stolen firearms, two dozen cell phones, and $12,000 in cash.
4.) Muslim terrorists get off easy as well ~
Last month, U.S. District Judge Garland Burrell ordered the release from federal prison of Hamid Hayat, convicted on terrorism charges in 2006. That delighted Hayat’s defenders, CAIR and the Muslim Legal Fund of America (MLFA), who had gone judge shopping.
By releasing Hayat, Burrell was following the recommendation of magistrate judge Deborah Barnes, who allowed relatives of Hayat to testify from Pakistan by a video hookup. It remains unclear how these witnesses were identified, under what law they were sworn in, and how they were cross-examined.
Seriously? They’re just making up the rules as they go along!
It’s becoming painfully obvious that, rather that worry about the rights and safety of the legal citizens in California, too many in the state’s court system are far more concerned with their new voting block: millions of illegals ~
California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, once on Hillary Clinton’s short list as a running mate, recently tipped his hand that 10 million illegals reside in California. Automatically registered to vote by the DMV, illegals have become the Democrats’ electoral college, so Democrats protect even the violent criminals among them at all costs. State judges, in effect, serve as a pro-bono law firm for illegals, and rank their concerns above those of their victims.
Under the poisonous influence of malcontented leftists, particularly Howard Zinn and his revisionist “A People’s History of the United States,” far too many of us have been indoctrinated with ugly lies about this country.
