Remember how, when George W. Bush was in office, the mainstream media inundated us with bad news and regular body counts from the War on Terror? Yet, now that there’s no longer any political advantage for the Left, we rarely hear a peep from Obama’s propaganda peddlers about what’s going on in Afghanistan.

Yep. All those years of dedicated service by our troops, hell – all the American lives lost(!) – only to have the country revert to life under the totalitarian fist of the Taliban!
 

On another War on Terror front that the msm ignores, Iraq has been slowly imploding since we left two years ago ~

And yet, under our current commander-in-chief, more of our brave men and women have died in Afghanistan – in a lot less time – than under his predecessor ~
 

Why aren’t these numbers more widely known? Because the lives of American troops ultimately matter little to our current commander-in-chief – and by extension – to the mainstream media.
 
Six years ago we heard little else from the Left except how bad things were going in both countries, demanding that we bring the troops home.
 
Remember Cindy Sheehan? She must have fallen into a black hole somewhere.
 
What about those Code Pink chicks? Well let’s see… they’re currently protesting drone warfare. And they’re more concerned with cold hard cash – “bringing our war $$ home” – than the lives of our troops.

 
Oh, they’re also pushing for Gitmo’s closure. Bet they’ll be giddy over Afghanistan’s release-the-terrorists action.
 
Hey, here’s a thought: maybe the “Pinks” can open an Afghanistan branch of their organization…
