Two weeks ago I posted a video from Andrew Klavan in which he pointed out the lunacy behind the Obama administration’s nuclear deal with Iran, using his unique brand of satire and sarcasm. Funny? Yes, in a whistling-past-the-graveyard sort of way. But, considering the gravity of the situation, perhaps rather too cavalier.
 
Last Saturday I listened to a radio broadcast from Olive Tree Ministries featuring former Congresswoman Michele Bachmann which took a much different tone. Bachman, and show hostesss Jan Markell, are totally serious about condemning this agreement as madness ~
 

Jan Markell’s guest for the hour is Michele Bachmann. Only in the end of days could life and world events have turned so bizarre. That particularly shows in U.S. foreign policy which the two focus on. America has become Iran’s defender and protector. It would appear that America has abandoned Israel, a foreshadowing of Zechariah 12:3. Barack Obama does not understand that he has led America and the world to a colossal time of predicted chaos.

What’s most critical to understand about this deal with the Iranian devils is that anyone who supports it is either misinformed or deliberately lying. The facts are being ignored or inverted.
 
 
The truth, is Kerry/Obama negotiated this deal on behalf of Iran – not America. As Bachmann states correctly, the agreement ensures that Iran will have nuclear bomb capability within a decade.
 
Consider the following ludicrous concessions (in return for which, we get absolutely NOTHING):

 
• sanctions will be lifted immediately
 
• the $150 billion the regime is getting is the equivalent of the US being handed $8 trillion!
Susan Rice insists that “for the most part” the money will be spent on “the Iranian people and their economy,” an insight the national security adviser must have from the same people who briefed her on Benghazi and Bowe Bergdahl. But she also admits that some of the money might be spent on Iran’s “bad behavior in the region”—but that’s OK because the nuclear deal “was not designed to prevent them from engaging in bad behavior.”

• the US is now obligated to protect Iran (?!)
 
• we’ve agreed to teach/train Iranians to defend against sabotage (from Israel!) of their nuclear program
 
• the Russians are selling anti-aircraft systems to Iran – and Iran is paying for them with the money they’re getting from us!
On Thursday, Moscow confirmed that it will proceed with the sale to Iran of its state-of-the-art S-300 surface-to-air missile system, notwithstanding the deal’s supposed five-year arms embargo on Iran and over no objections from the White House. The sale means that a future president ordering airstrikes against Iran would do so against an adversary that can shoot American planes out of the skies.

Now, keep in mind that Iran remains the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism. And ask yourself who in their right mind could possibly support this outrageous agreement?

The Iranian regime murdered and maimed thousands of Americans. The Iran deal gives the Ayatollahs billions of dollars for more terror and violence. Congress must reject this dangerous deal.
