This Sunday night, September 27th, marks the last – and most impressive – of the recent series of four “blood moon” occurrences. If you’re in the eastern half of the U.S., and blessed with a cloud-free sky it should be a great show. And it’s even appearing during prime time so we shouldn’t have to lose any sleep (Peak eclipse will be at 10:47 pm ET on Sunday).

The internet is awash with forecasts, from cataclysmic catastrophes to the Rapture, as a fourth lunar eclipse in two years — the series is known as a tetrad — will fall on the first night of the Jewish holiday of Sukkot…
But from my personal shadowy corner of the web I happened to notice that Yahoo News saw fit to include a mention of the super moon eclipse/coincidence in their financial section ~

Considering the way the world seems to be spinning out of control these days I’m certainly not scoffing at what may be a sign from God ~
• America continues to thumb its nose at God (abortion, same sex “marriage”, gender-bending, moral relativity, cultural rot)
• The Obama administration has betrayed Israel by signing a treaty ensuring Iran will have nuclear weapons capability within a decade or less
• Ongoing Christian genocide in the Middle East; the West provides refuge not for the persecuted – but for the persecutors
• Russia (a country many eschatologists consider a crucial “end-times” player)has suddenly entered the Syrian conflict
• Sunday, Sept. 27 @ 8 p.m. — Pope Francis (more Marxist than Christian in my humble opinion) departs for Rome… The moon will start darkening at 8:11 pm Eastern time.
