Before Barack Hussein Obama fundamentally transformed the office of the presidency into a rogue bureau of despotism, one of the principal duties of the executive branch (as many of us actually learned in middle school) was to uphold and enforce the laws of the land. Instead, ever since he declared that the Cambridge police acted stupidly, this president has been on the wrong side of the law more often than not. Today’s news is just the latest example; Obama commutes sentences of 98 people ~
President Barack Obama on Thursday commuted the sentences of 98 inmates, most of whom were convicted on nonviolent drug charges, the White House announced.
With Thursday’s announcement, that brings the total number of sentences commuted by Obama during his presidency to 872 individuals, 688 in 2016 alone, “more than the previous 11 presidents combined,” 😯 the White House said in a blog post.
Why? Well boys and girls, Barack Obama is “transcendent.” He just arbitrarily gets to rewrite laws and second-guess the judicial system. And like all good dictators, el presidente handily justifies his extralegal actions ~
The commutations are part of a White House push to bring existing sentences — many given under the conditions of strict “mandatory minimums” no longer in place — in line with current standards.
Obama has argued the severe sentencing practices more than 20 years ago, a byproduct of the larger “war of drugs,” have destroyed communities and led to an exploded prison population that far exceeds the rest of the world.

So who do you think has actual credibility on this criminal justice issue? An former “Choom Gang” member? Or a guy like Sheriff Clarke (Milwaukee County, MN) who’s spent his entire life on the RIGHT side of the law?
Last May, Clarke was speaking to an NRA/Institute for Legislative Action’s (NRA-ILA) Leadership Forum in Louisville ~
“Today’s society confronts us with many threats from criminal behavior. In fact, our criminal-friendly president spends his final days releasing violent career criminals back onto the streets of already struggling communities,” Clarke said. “He is the only president in U.S. history to visit a prison and tell killers and rapists and drug dealers that they are the product of a racist criminal justice system.
“As my good friend Sean Hannity is fond of saying, let not your hearts be troubled for in 244 days and a little less than 10 hours, Barack Obama will exit the White House for the very last time. And finally, his reign of terror over your freedom, over your Constitution, and over your right to keep and bear arms, his reign of terror will be over,” Clarke said.
Let’s hope he’s right… In the meantime, Obama’s continued commutations, his tacit acceptance of the destructive behaviors of the Black-Lives-Matter movement, and his failure to support law enforcement and “Blue Lives,” only serve to further divide and destabilize American society.
