It remains to be seen whether the latest slaughter of innocent Americans at the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood airport was carried out by an Islamist or not (it’s certainly looking like Estaban Santiago targeted infidels, but of course we’ll have to wait for the conclusive mainstream media verdict – ha-ha).
Over in Europe, the French don’t have to wonder about the latest acts of violence in their country. It’s pretty clear who was responsible for last week’s viral vandalism ~ France: Muslims set fire to nearly 1,000 cars on New Year’s Eve ~
THE French government has been accused of hiding their inability to control the country’s sinister New Year’s Eve torching tradition as the interior ministry claimed the night passed “without any major incident” – but almost 1,000 cars were set on fire and destroyed.
On Sunday, the French officials chose to release a low figure of 650 destroyed cars which only indicated the vehicles that were “set on fire” – a figure which did not include those car that were completely destroyed and engulfed in ensuing flames.
French authorities may continue to downplay the growing threat from irate Muslim immigrants, but the average Catholic citizen isn’t fooled ~ French Catholics Wake Up to Islamist Threat, Despite Their Bishops.
Unfortunately the French clergy, along with the current pope, tell the faithful (erroneously) that Jesus was an immigrant, and by extension all immigrants are to be welcomed with open arms – even if they want to kill you. Your typical Frenchman knows better ~
French voters concerned about the overwhelming influx of sharia-believing Islamists into their country now have another option (than LePen’s National Front party). In the wake of the Charlie Hebdo attack and the Bataclan massacre, a conservative movement has arisen with no links to the old, extremist right, with solid Christian credentials. Sens Commun (Common Sense) is a pro-life, pro-family Catholic grass roots group that spans the country, and its members are willing to question the wisdom of their bishops on crucial issues of border control and national identity.
The leading rival Marine Le Pen faces on the right is François Fillon, who has ties to Sens Commun. As The Wall Street Journal reports:
In France, the strict separation between personal faith and public life, known as laïcité, is a pillar of national identity. However, a confluence of events — from the legalization of gay marriage to the more recent string of Islamist terror attacks — has many conservative voters looking to the country’s Christian heritage as a bulwark.
Most of us don’t look forward to the stress that comes from dealing with any sort of turmoil or crisis in our lives. But very often the black cloud that suddenly engulfs us has a silver lining; being pushed into panic mode tends to sharpen our focus like a laser beam. Priorities become crystal clear.
Perhaps the growing radical Muslim insurgence is the catalyst that secular France needs to re-embrace her Christian roots.
