This piece is one I started several weeks ago but hadn’t gotten around to finishing. In view of the leftist media’s willful ignorance of “Swedish incidents,” I believe now is an excellent time to post it.
 

 
I’ve already written about Sweden’s Muslim immigrant woes several times – here, here and here – but last month there was yet another disturbing incident (which of course never made the mainstream news) ~

Muslim migrants turn shopping center into no-go zone, intimidating police and harassing girls ~
 
Gothenburg police have been forced implement extraordinary measures to cope with the increased number of incidents, which have left shoppers and business owners terrified of their workplace. Nordstan is Sweden’s largest shopping centre in terms of sales and number of visitors, however once the shops close at 8pm, criminal youth gangs take over despite officers turning out in force.
 
Jonas Bergqvist, one of the team managers of the city police, told Expressen: “We have seen an increase since last autumn, with mostly unaccompanied minors who are staying here in North Town.
 
“In the evening they deal drugs and violence between fractions sometimes occur. If there are conflicts from their home countries, they bring them here.”
 
While his colleague Rikard Sorensen added the thugs was experiencing increasing levels of increasingly more aggressive toward police. He said: “There is a lot of drugs circulating. I wouldn’t even let my son go down to North Town […]
 
The shopping centre has become a central hub for youngsters to meet and despite Swedish teenagers also engaging in some of the incidents, the officials argued lone migrants from Afghanistan and Syria, in addition to Moroccan street children, were behind the drastic increase.
 
Just days after the busy centre was forced to close early on New Year’s Eve as thugs threatened to set off fireworks inside the building, around 150 teenagers also surrounded and threatened police officers, Mr Bergqvist said. “There was an incident at Nordstadstorget and some policemen were surrounded by a large number of young people and they experienced the situation as threatening and called for reinforcements,” he revealed. The admission that Nordstan has become a lawless hotspot comes as Swedish police last year issued a report where it detailed incidents from more than 55 areas which it branded as “no-go zones”….

Had the network news folks been paying unbiased attention to international affairs, Donald Trump wouldn’t have to point out that Sweden has been experiencing a migrant crime wave for the last couple of years. Here is what Police investigator Peter Springare says he sees in a typical week in Orebro, Sweden ~

Five rapes, three assaults, a pair of extortions, blackmail, an attempted murder, violence against police and a robbery made up Springare’s caseload for a five-day period earlier this month, according to a Feb. 3 Facebook post he wrote. The suspects were all from Muslim-majority countries – Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Somalia and Turkey – save for one Swedish man nabbed in a drug-related case.
 
“Mohammed, Mahmod, Ali, again and again,” Springare wrote of those arrested.

Because Sweden’s ruling class (like those in nearly all Western nations) doesn’t want to face the ugly truth about the fractious and intolerant nature of Muslim immigrants, Springare was actually briefly investigated for possible hate crime incitement after posting his comments. Surreal isn’t it?

As Fox News reports today, Sweden – with a total population of just 10 million – is simply overwhelmed ~

Sweden has taken in 650,000 asylum-seekers during the past 15 years – including 163,000 in 2015 alone, The Spectator reported. Of those refugees, 35,000 were unaccompanied children – or at least claimed to be. The children – mostly males from Afghanistan and Somalia – are only identified as minors by the age the applicant gives. The only time an applicant-provided age is rejected is if it’s “obviously” untrue, though there’s no clear definition of “obviously.” The Spectator interviewed asylum-seekers who admitted to lying about their age to improve their chances of avoiding deportation.

Last month, the police chief for the southern Swedish city of Malmo issued a desperate plea for help curtailing a plague of attempted murders, beatings and rapes. About 32 percent of Malmo’s occupants are migrants, although it is not clear what role migrants play in the crime wave.
 
“We cannot do it on our own,” Chief Stefan Sinteus wrote in an open letter about the “upward spiral of violence.”

Special note for gun control types, when firearms aren’t available, grenades will do nicely ~

Malmo had 52 hand grenade attacks in 2016 alone, a jump from 48 attacks in 2015, according to figures provided by the Swedish Police Authority.

 
Sweden has not yet been the victim of large-scale terrorist attacks that have plagued France. But considering the Swedes’ humanitarian, egalitarian and pacifist nature, perhaps that particular strategy of intimidation isn’t necessary. They will simply capitulate to Islam without much of a struggle at all.

Sadly, most Swedes probably don’t realize it, but it appears that their country has already reached Stage Two Jihad ~
