In a huge victory, a California court today dismissed almost all of the criminal charges abortion activists filed against the pro-life advocates who recorded undercover videos exposing Planned Parenthood selling the body parts from aborted babies.
California Attorney General Xavier Becerra filed 15 felony charges against both David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt. Becerra is a longtime abortion advocate with financial connections to the Planned Parenthood abortion company that the two pro-life Advocates exposed in the videos for selling body parts such as fetal brains and livers.
Baltimore business owners sue city for not stopping violence during 2015 riots ~ Unless they get some super-progressive judge this should be a slam-dunk. Dozens of Baltimore business owners are suing local officials for not doing their jobs after riots broke out in the city two years ago.
More than 60 business owners whose stores were damaged or destroyed in the riots filed a lawsuit in Baltimore City Circuit Court in March, but the case was moved to federal court this week

In an embarrassing and transparent stunt, a 12-year-old girl who claims to be gay stood up in front of her church congregation and lectured them about accepting her and loving all people like Jesus did. Understandably, the plug was pulled and she was asked to sit down.

A California teacher resigned after a letter he wrote for the school newspaper condemning homosexuality caused backlash.
Michael Stack, a special education teacher at San Luis Obispo High School, submitted the letter to editor of the online Expressions responding to its May issue covering LGBT issues that contained a cover photo of two women kissing.
He resigned May 11, the same day someone called in a death threat for him to the school.
Death treats?! The Left is becoming more unhinged by the day.

Senate Bill 494 is little more than the state colluding with the healthcare industry to save money on the backs of mentally ill and dementia patients.
