I’ve been completely distracted from current events by REAL LIFE for the past two weeks But now that I’ve finally started paying attention again, I find nothing’s new at all – the MSM is still stuck on stupid! ➡ “Russian collusion!” They’ve written the end of the story (Trump’s impeachment) and they’re prepared to fabricate as many facts out of thin air as needed to achieve their desired conclusion.
 
It doesn’t seem to matter that every one of the latest-breaking-scandals are sooner or later exposed as wishful fantasy, these intrepid newshounds are nothing if not tenacious. The latest much ado about nothing surrounds Donald Trump, Jr.’s meeting with lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya ~
 

Not yet fully pivoting to trumped up “obstruction” fake news, the Demo/MSM propaganda machine is back on the trail of the Trump/Putin collusion fake news this week, trickling out new evidence daily to keep Trump on the ropes and media advertising rates up. They seem hell-bent on destroying any shred of credibility they have left in an effort to take down President Donald Trump.

 
Here’s a far more credible – and disturbing – case of Russian collusion: Russian oligarchs may have funneled money to environmentalists to oppose energy development, especially hydraulic fracturing, or fracking ~

House lawmakers want the Trump administration to investigate reports that a wealthy foundation used an offshore shell company to give millions of dollars to environmental activists opposed to U.S. energy development.
 
“If you connect the dots, it is clear that Russia is funding U.S. environmental groups in an effort to suppress our domestic oil and gas industry, specifically hydraulic fracking,” Rep. Lamar Smith, R-Tx., said Friday.
 
Smith and Rep. Randy Weber, R-Tx., asked Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin to investigate whether or not environmentalists were funneling money to U.S. environmental groups through a Bermuda-based shell company.

Back in 2014, fracking unleashed a domestic energy boom, contributing to the collapse in oil prices. So it’s completely plausible that Putin would attempt to undermine our energy independence by supporting anti-fracking environmentalist organizations.

 
Michael Bastasch at The Stream details the money trail between the Russians and the anti-fracking groups; the “Sea Change Foundation” of leftist investor Nat Simons received millions from a “philanthropic” shell company named Klein Ltd. set up by Wakefield Quin, with ties to Russian firms with Kremlin links.

A shadowy Bermudan company that has funneled tens of millions of dollars to anti-fracking environmentalist groups in the United States is run by executives with deep ties to Russian oil interests and offshore money laundering schemes involving members of President Vladimir Putin’s inner circle.
 
One of those executives, Nicholas Hoskins, is a director at a hedge fund management firm that has invested heavily in Russian oil and gas. He is also senior counsel at the Bermudan law firm Wakefield Quin and the vice president of a London-based investment firm whose president until recently chaired the board of the state-owned Russian oil company Rosneft.
 
In addition to those roles, Hoskins is a director at a company called Klein Ltd. No one knows where that firm’s money comes from. Its only publicly documented activities have been transfers of $23 million to U.S. environmentalist groups that push policies that would hamstring surging American oil and gas production, which has hurt Russia’s energy-reliant economy.

 
It’s convoluted, but that’s the devious nature of money laundering. And it all makes sense; motive on the part of both parties, and millions exchanged in pursuit of a common goal. In fact it makes a helluva lot more sense than Trump acolytes colluding with the Russians (on… what?). Which is why you won’t hear a peep about it on the alphabet news networks.
