Heavenly Father, on this date seventeen years ago, many first responders gave their lives to save others. Today, move us to offer ourselves in love and service to others. We pray that through our witness the Spirit will be at work, calling people to faith in Jesus Christ, who sacrificed Himself to save us. Hear our prayer in His name. Amen.
