In the beginning… it was the Father of Lies who sucked the very first Adam and his wife into the bottomless pit of of sin. Unfortunately, we humans are fast learners, and we’ve been imitating the devil – using deceit to manipulate one another – ever since. Politicians in particular, have become exceptionally skilled at the “art” of deception.
 

Take for instance a couple of U.S. House representatives who coincidentally happen to share the same first name – Adam; Rep. Adam Smith(D-WA) and Rep. Adam Schiff(D-CA). These two are effectively lying by purposely misspeaking about the night of September 11, 2012 in Benghazi.
 
Schiff and Smith, selected by House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi to serve on the latest Benghazi committee, were nowhere near Libya in September 2012. Yet they refuse to accept the testimony of eyewitnesses and have arbitrarily decided that no stand down order was given on that fateful night.
 

Question. If a “stand-down” order was never given, why weren’t Ambassador Stevens and the other three men rescued?! 😕

 
In the midst of the current hearing, Smith and Schiff have preemptively promoted that falsehood, attempting to discredit anyone who claims otherwise.
 
Anyone, including those who were actually onsite that fateful evening, like Mark Geist and Kris Paronto, members of the Benghazi Annex Security team. The two men recently released a book about their experience ~ “13 Hours: The Inside Account of What Really Happened in Benghazi.” Sean Hannity spoke with the former CIA contractors last Wednesday to get their reaction to the Adams’ subterfuge ~

Schiff, who was not in Benghazi that night, says Paronto, Geist and Tiegen (a third security team member) are making up a tale to sell their book, as if their story is less plausible than the proven lie that the Benghazi attack was caused by an inflammatory YouTube video, a myth promoted both by then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and President Obama.

As Geist says in the video, the congressmen are just playing with words, using adjectives like “official” and “improper” to modify their statements, inserting these qualifiers as insurance for future denial. Classic deceptive tactic favored by crooked politicians (is there any other kind?) everywhere.

God, to Adam: “Of every tree you may freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat… ”
