Nid de la Cuckoo is French for “The Cuckoo’s Nest,” and France is rapidly turning into one. In that country, it now seems the new definition of insanity is not wanting your nation to be overrun by Islamists. If you’d rather not see any more of your fellow countrymen blow up – or mown down – by Muslim terrorists, you simply must be nuts ~ France’s Marine Le Pen ordered to undergo psychiatric tests over IS group tweets ~
The 50-year-old leader of the National Rally (formerly the National Front), who lost to Emmanuel Macron in last year’s presidential vote, was stripped of her parliamentary immunity over the pictures and charged with circulating violent messages that can be viewed by minors.
On Thursday, she tweeted copies of a court order requiring her to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
Dated September 11, it calls for the tests to be carried out “as soon as possible” to establish whether Le Pen “is capable of understanding remarks and answering questions“.
Marine Le Pen, a French nationalist, possibly with a little anti-Semitism (?) thrown in (not good, but difficult to tell… her 90 year-old father is certainly no friend of the Jews…) lost to Emmanuel Macron in the May ’17 French presidential election (34% to 66%). But one would think that the very fact that she established herself as a viable candidate for that office would automatically mean she was capable of understanding remarks and answering questions. Isn’t an average ten year-old? In any event, the state doesn’t have a problem with anti-Semitism; it’s Islamaphobia that makes one crazy.
This isn’t the first time Le Pen was targeted for her outspoken criticism of the growing Islamist presence in France. Three years ago she was charged with “inciting racial hatred.” The comments that drew that allegation were made in 2010 at a campaign rally ~
“I’m sorry, but for those who really like to talk about World War II, if we’re talking about an occupation, we could talk about the [street prayers], because that is clearly an occupation of territory.
“It is an occupation of sections of the territory, of neighborhoods in which religious law applies – it is an occupation. There are no tanks, there are no soldiers, but it is an occupation nevertheless, and it weighs on people.”
For anyone who’s been watching the hijrah sweep across Europe, this isn’t exactly hyperbole. From Charlie Hebdo, to the Friday the 13th (Bataclan, etc.) attacks, to the Bastille Day slaughter, how many more innocents have to be murdered before the truth can be spoken; radical Islam is a plague infesting Europe.
Le Pen was found not-guilty of the 2015 charges ~
In court, the French state prosecutor had recommended that judges should find Le Pen not guilty, saying that her comments were part of her freedom of expression. Le Pen had told the court she had not committed any offence and had been expressing “political ideas” as part of her role as a politician. She accused the government of using the judiciary to persecute her.
This new order for a psychiatric evaluation comes in response to tweets she sent back in 2015 featuring photos of brutalized ISIS victims (yes, graphic stuff; decapitated, burned bodies, but pictures taken and triumphantly posted online by the terrorists themselves). Last March, she was first indicted on charges of “dissemination of violent images” ~
Fighting back against the allegations, Ms. Le Pen said,:”I am being charged for having condemned the horrors of Daesh.”
Exactly. And now, earlier this month, French authorities have apparently decided that she’s not only a criminal, she must be bonkers for pointing out the evils of ISIS. This frightening new totalitarian approach to any criticism of Islamists is right out of the old Soviet playbook.

From the 1950s through the 1980s, thousands of Soviet dissenters were incarcerated in mental hospitals. This helped the Communist government to destroy its critics both physically and mentally without the potentially messy trials, while at the same time discrediting all political dissent as the product of ill minds.
According to the acclaimed Sovietologist Robert van Voren, the political abuse of psychiatry in the USSR “originated from the concept that persons who opposed the Soviet regime were mentally ill because there was no other logical explanation why one would oppose the best sociopolitical system in the world.”

Nothing short of an East German-style totalitarian state that prohibits any reporting of violent crime, or any honest talk about the central tenets of sharia, will silence popular discontent at the civilizational catastrophe that European elites have inflicted on their people. So expect Germans and other European regimes to try to impose such restrictions, as part of their Polish-Commies-in-the-1980s last desperate gasp to cling to power.
We’re starting to see early warning signs of this fascist behavior here in America (Leftists have hinted that Trump is unstable simply because they disagree with his politics). But they’ve taken it to the next level in France.
It used to be that psychosis – a break with with reality – was a form of mental illness. In France these days psychosis is apparently the new normal; and pushing back against Islamist colonization means you’re cuckoo.
